简 历:  

1998年毕业于陕西师范大学,获学士学位。2006年在中国科学院物理研究所获博士学位。2006-2007年在德国马普微结构物理研究所作博士后。现为北京邮电大学理学院教授、博士生导师。中国硅酸盐学会测试技术分会理事。

研究方向及获得的成果:  

主要从事低维半导体纳米材料的结构控制和性能研究,二维材料在能源和光电子器件领域的应用,磁性材料,表面等离激元光子学等方面的研究。近年来,作为项目负责人完成了国家自然科学基金项目2项和教育部科研项目2项。在包括Physical Review Letters, Advanced Materials, Scientific Reports, Physical Review B, Optics Letters, Applied Physics Letters 等在内的国际重要学术期刊上独立或合作发表学术论文70 余篇,部分研究论文多次被综述性论文引用。

目前正在进行的研究项目:  

作为项目负责人,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项;作为科研骨干,参与国家973计划项目1项。

培养研究生情况:  

现有博士研究生5名,硕士研究生4名。2017年拟招收博士研究生1-2名,硕士研究生2-3名。欢迎具有物理、化学或材料专业背景的考生报考。
